Direct drive connects the wheel straight to the motor, so what you feel is the car, not a gearbox. Everything else on a rig can be upgraded later. These two are worth getting right first.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003ch3\u003eAbout the PC\u003c\/h3\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eWe build the PC in-house and spec it to the display it has to drive. Component availability and pricing move constantly, so we do not lock the listing to a fixed part number — we lock it to performance.
