Academy Sim Racing was founded by Duncan Conner — a former U.S. Army Ranger with the 75th Ranger Regiment; four combat tours in both Iraq and Afghanistan. His career carried him from the 75th Ranger Regiment to communications roles supporting SOCOM and JSOC at the highest levels of command, where a single missed detail wasn't an inconvenience — it was a mission failure.
That same standard runs the shop today. When Duncan left service, he took the discipline to the track: a trusted instructor for multiple racing organizations, MSF Level 2 Certified Motorsport Safety Instructor, and a licensed wheel-to-wheel competitor with previous track records at Homestead and Barber Motorsports Park. He's driven and coached at Sebring, Daytona, Homestead, Barber Motorsport Park, Road Atlanta, VIR, the Motor Enclave and the infamous Nürburgring Nordschleife.
