What type of power do the simulators need? 110v can power up to 2 simulators.
Can they be used outside? Yes , but with limitations. No direct sunlight and required to be near an indoor area if outside for evac. THINK: would you leave a your laptop in that place for 24 hours not knowing the weather.
How much space does each simulator require? Set up a 5x5ft space is plenty for each simulator, but make sure to leave room for viewers.
How long does setup take? Usually the quickest is 30 minutes per simulator.
Do you provide staff to run the simulators? Yes, all our rentals require staff and its included in the quote.
Do the simulators require internet? No, but they do require cellular signal to be used in Test/Offline mode.
Can multiple people race at the same time? Yes, for an added fee. However, minimum 1Gig WIFI assess is required for 2 Sims. and additional 1Gig for every additional sim. We are not responsible for poor bandwidth.
Are they suitable for beginners? Yes, all of our sims come with setting to enable the newest to the most advanced to try our simulators.
What types of cars and tracks are available? All major Racing series to include: F1, IMSA, NASCAR, Rally, Offroad Trucks, Dirt Oval, and more
How long can we rent them for? Minimum Event rental is 4 hours. and daily rate is limited to 8 hours per day. We can do multiple day events, but it requires adjustment to schedule and a custom quote.
Do you offer full lounge buyouts? Yes, you can block off hours of our lounge for a private events. ($250 Hourly for 7x Simulators)
Do you travel outside of Tampa? Yes, we go all over the US.
What happens if it rains during an outdoor event? We always encourage indoor events as we cannot refund or make up Rainy outdoor events.
Do you require a deposit? Yes, a non refundable "Save the Date" Deposit is required. (25-50% of the total event cost)
Can the experience be branded for our event or company? Yes, we can custom brand the cars you race and the simulators you rent to really make it your own.
