Florida Blue booked the half-day package and brought about twenty people in. We ran practice, then qualifying, then four races across the afternoon.
Six simulators ran the championship. The other two ran something else entirely — open cars and tracks for anyone who wanted seat time between heats. With a group this size that is the whole difference between a race day and a queue. Nobody stood around waiting for a turn.
Not everyone books an event because they want to drive, so we ran head-to-head reaction-time challenges alongside the grid. They turned out to be every bit as competitive as the racing, and they pulled in the people who came for the team day.
We also put two cars in Florida Blue's own liveries on track, so the group raced under their own colours all afternoon.
